Refund Policy (Digital Products)

1) Overview
We sell digital products delivered by email/download link. Because digital content is accessible immediately, refund rules differ from physical goods. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. It applies to purchases made directly from hemchanoffers.
2) Your right to cancel (UK/EU digital content)
Under consumer law, you typically have a 14-day right to cancel. However, for digital content this right no longer applies once delivery has begun, if you consent to immediate access and acknowledge the loss of the right to cancel. During checkout, we ask you to agree to immediate delivery. If you agree and download/access the files, you will not be able to cancel under the standard withdrawal rules.
3) Refund eligibility
- Not downloaded / not accessed: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the files (we may verify via access logs).
- Defective or incorrect files: If files are corrupted, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 14 days. We will first attempt a replacement/fix. If that’s not possible, we’ll issue a refund.
- Duplicate orders / accidental multiple purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, contact us for review and resolution.
- Non-receipt of email: If you didn’t receive the delivery email, we’ll re-send the links after verifying your order.
4) Non-refundable situations
- Download or access has already started (you consented to immediate delivery at checkout).
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase for reasons other than defect or misdescription.
- Resale or sharing of source files; policy violations.
5) Exchanges, updates & assistance
- We can re-issue download links or provide alternative formats when available.
- For the Elite Pack, monthly updates (12 months) are included; this does not change refund eligibility after access begins.
- If your link expired or you hit a download limit, contact us— we’ll help.
6) How to request a refund
Email contact@hemchanoffers.store with:
- Order ID and purchase email
- Product name (Starter Pack / Pro Pack / Elite Pack)
- Reason for the request (and any screenshots if there’s an error/defect)
We usually respond promptly and aim to resolve issues quickly (re-send, replace, or refund if applicable).
7) Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/card provider. We’ll notify you by email once a refund is issued.
8) Chargebacks
If something goes wrong, please contact us first—most issues are solved quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks for delivered/used digital goods may be disputed with supporting evidence (download/access logs, timestamps).
